Cole, who is getting a grip on the underworld, sees to it that Phoebe is sued, likely to get her fired; further he makes demon Dex cause Paige to have a car accident and be arrested for hit and run, while he wants only demonic stripper Kaya (a 'Kiran') as entertainment, because she can change her appearance into Phoebe's. A health inspector is to shut P3 down; a rat means the best deal is closing down for weeks. When the real Phoebe caches Cole kissing transformed Kaia, she's locked up and replaced by Kaia, who convinces Piper to take (the real) Phoebe's powers away while she's under Cole's influence.
